Tessa is a courtesy posting for Second Chance K9 Rescue. Our friends at Second Chance want Tessa to have the right home
because she is such a sweet heart. We have met her and agree TOTALLY! Tessa was pulled from a small high kill shelter. She
is spayed, fully vetted and learning all kinds of good things. We believe Tessa is a boxer mix and not a pit mix, but all
we know for sure is that she is a great girl!
My name is Tessa. I live with a foster brother, Bart, and love to play with him. Matter of fact, I
just love to play, I can run so fast in the fenced yard. I also play with 5 foster sisters. My foster mom
says I'm a love bug too cause I want all the attention and I sleep in bed with them. I'll sleep just as late as you want
and won't bother you. When we go walking (I walk good on leash), people say I'm beautiful. My foster mom says so too, she
says my coat is like a Bengal tiger's and I don't have a tail. I sit when I 'm told and know some other commands. I'm real
smart, so smart that I find all the ways to get out of a fence so you need a real secure one. I am house trained if I get
my potty breaks and love to sit beside you or on your lap. I have loads of energy so if you like to do active things I would
be right there with you. I do well with other dogs but I love to have all your attention so I would be good as an only dog
as well. I also get along with cats. I'm living with 6 cats.
